2. Release of Draft Fiscal Year 2017 DVRPC Unified Planning Work Program for Review and Comment
Authorization is being sought to distribute for review and comment the Draft Fiscal Year 2017 DVRPC Unified Planning Work Program.

3. Creation of DVRPC Local Subsidiary
In order to address issues outside of the regular DVRPC Work Program that require separate funding and are of unique concern to local governments or unique to one state, DVRPC could create one or more non-profit organizations enabled to receive separate funding and undertake non-traditional projects. Preliminary discussion and consideration of this idea is encouraged.
