3. Fiscal Year 2009 Planning Work Program Amendment: TreeVitalize Municipalities Collaboration in Bucks, Chester, Delaware and Montgomery Counties
The DVRPC proposes to continue its collaboration with the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society to promote tree planting and municipal capacity building initiatives in Bucks, Chester, Delaware and Montgomery counties.
4. Adoption of 2008 Regional Congestion Management Process (CMP) Update
The CMP is a systematic process for managing congestion in the region. An update to the 2006 version has been prepared which incorporates more recent data, enhanced criteria, an innovative way to refine strategies for each subcorridor, and ongoing coordination. Adoption is being requested by the Board.
5. Approval to Distribute the DVRPC FY 2010 Planning Work Program
Board approval is being requested to distribute for review and comment the Draft DVRPC FY 2010 Planning Work Program.

The activities from the RCC Meeting of November 18, 2008 will be reported to the Board.

Freeholder Louis Cappelli, Camden County, will present the county's ongoing projects
8. Parking Study
Staff will present a recent DVRPC study, The Automobile at Rest: Toward Better Parking Policies in the Delaware Valley, which presents an overview of parking policies and requirements in the region, along with strategies for better managing and designing parking.
