DVRPC FY2007 TIP for PA

The DVRPC is pleased to present the FY 2007 TIP for PA (FY2007-2010). The TIP reflects the priority program of projects adopted by the DVRPC Board on June 22, 2006, following a 30-day public review and comment period. This TIP was included in the Statewide FY2007 Transportation Improvement Program (STIP) of Pennsylvania. It was developed jointly in cooperation with PennDOT, SEPTA, Pottstown, and DVRPC's member counties. This TIP has been approved by the federal review agencies (FHWA, FTA and EPA) and became the official TIP for the PA portion of this region on October 1, 2006. In odd-numbered TIP years (i.e., FY2007), DVRPC produces a four volume set of documents covering both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. On the next even-numbered year, DVRPC produces a single separate volume for New Jersey.

Volume I - Executive Summary: This document includes: (1) a general overview of the TIP and the TIP development process intended to familiarize you with what the TIP is and is not, how it was developed, and what can be expected for projects in the TIP; (2) various summaries of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania programs, and (3) a description of the TIP Public Involvement process, including issues related to Environmental Justice. Also included in this volume are the DVRPC Board Resolutions passed when the TIP was adopted.

Volume II - New Jersey: This document contains the detailed information and maps for the New Jersey projects. It can be accessed from the TIP Home Page under FY 2007 TIP for NJ (FY2007-2010)

Volume III - Pennsylvania: This document contains the detailed information for the Pennsylvania program. The various sections of Volume III are presented below, including program summaries, project listings**, maps, and appendices.

Volume IV - Public Comment: This document (7.4M pdf) contains a summary of the public comment process, the public and agency comments received on the Draft TIP, and the responses provided by the various member agencies.

** NOTE DVRPC will update the web listings (generally each month), as we amend or modify the TIP, as permitted under the TIP MOU. The "Summary of Amendments and Modifications" provides an chronological listing of all project changes.
