New Jersey's Transportation Enhancements Program
DVRPC Subregion (2000)
The Transportation Enhancement Program is a federally funded, non-traditional
transportation program designed to foster more livable communities by
enhancing the travel experience, preserving and protecting of our environmental
and cultural resources and promoting alternative modes of transportation.
