NEW JERSEY
BURLINGTON COUNTY

Palmyra Borough - Transit Corridor Redevelopment Project- $40,000
The study will focus on addressing disinvestment and congestion along County Road 543 and creating a new pedestrian-friendly area for the community.

Riverside Borough - Downtown Strategic Revitalization and Redevelopment Plan - $45,600
This study will prepare plans and regulations that will facilitate the redevelopment of the downtown and residential area that are served by the new RiverLine station.

CAMDEN COUNTY
Camden City - Martin Luther King Corridor Improvement Project - $80,000
This project is the outcome of a previous study undertaken through TCDI, the Downtown Transit Study in 2003. This grant will help the city develop plans for new roadways and landscape enhancements, address traffic patterns, and assess potential economic development opportunities along the Martin Luther King Boulevard entrance to the City of Camden.

Cherry Hill - Haddonfield Road Mobility and Streetscape Improvements - $30,400
This project will look to create improvement along this improved road that make it a walkable environment by improving access management as well as the design aesthetic of the corridor.

Gloucester Township - Blackwood-Clementon Road Preliminary Redevelopment Plan - $56,000
This project will involve public participation and a series of charettes to create a commercial and civic center in this area for Gloucester Township.

GLOUCESTER COUNTY
Monroe Township - Revitalization of Main Street - $100,000
This project will continue on the Township's efforts to attract new businesses and improve the appearance of the Town Center.

Woodbury City - Woodbury Hub Site Feasibility Study - $48,000
TCDI funds will enable the city to continue the planning and analysis of the establishment of a transportation bus hub in the City of Woodbury.

MERCER COUNTY
Trenton - Update to City of Trenton's Zoning and Land Development Ordinance - $100,000
This will enable the City of Trenton to update their zoning codes to meet the context of the new Master Plan and proposed Master Plan improvements.

PENNSYLVANIA
BUCKS COUNTY

Bristol Borough - Improvement & Enhancement to Transportation Facilities - $100,000
This project will continue work on major corridors in the Borough and provide a safe pedestrian environment between the train station and the downtown business district.

Borough of Penndel - Transportation System Enhancements & Improvements - $96,000
The Borough will forward all goals and objectives from previous plans to implement improvements to the downtown area. This will include improvements to congestion, pedestrian access, and aesthetics.

CHESTER COUNTY
Borough of Downingtown - Transportation District Development Initiatives - $100,000
This study will investigate the design, promotion and operation of a new train station as part of the transit-oriented development zone for the Keystone Opportunity Zone (KOZ).

Borough of Oxford - Revitalization Planning - $60,000
The purpose of the study will be to implement varies goals and objective that will help form a vision for the revitalization of Oxford Borough.

Borough of South Coatesville - Community-Wide Redevelopment Plan - $70,000
This project will include community-wide implementation strategies, needs, objectives and potential costs of the revitalization of the Borough.

DELAWARE COUNTY
Darby Borough - Zoning Ordinance Update - $29,000
TCDI funding will allow the Borough to update their zoning codes in order to address potential redevelopment opportunities throughout the Borough.

Borough of Lansdowne - Gateway Park - $14,100
A concept plan will be developed for a gateway park and pedestrian/bicycle trail to provide an attractive entrance into the Borough. This will serve as a pedestrian link between Darby Creek and Hoffman Park.

Norwood Borough - Zoning Ordinance Update - $29,000
TCDI funding will allow the Borough to update their zoning codes in order to address potential redevelopment opportunities throughout the Borough.

MONTGOMERY COUNTY
Conshohocken - Reinventing the Conshohocken Train Station - $36,900
This project will enable community leaders to think about the future of the train station during a series of charettes that will encourage community participation. The charettes will result in conceptual site plans.

Lower Merion Township - Bryn Mawr Transit Revitalization District (TRID) Study - $100,000
The TRID plan will provide for a community visioning process and enable the Township to focus revitalization efforts on land surrounding and including the Bryn Mawr train station.

North Wales Borough - Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) - $40,000
A redevelopment plan will be prepared that will recommend optimum TOD uses along adjacent land in the area of the train station. The Borough will examine a mix of uses to enhance the downtown area.

PHILADELPHIA COUNTY
South of South Walkability Project - $80,000
This project will lead to a comprehensive plan and design improvements to pedestrian safety, traffic flow, storm water requirements, and neighborhood aesthetics for the three school campuses that are situation along the Christrian Street corridor.

Centennial District Economic Development Strategy - $75,000
This project will allow the City to develop a Centennial District Economic Development Strategy that complements the Centennial District Plan and offers economic opportunities to the surrounding neighborhoods in West Philadelphia, while improving access and connectivity between the new District and nearby neighborhoods.

Mt. Airy USA Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) - $95,000
The Mt. Airy TOD plan will enhance the Germantown Avenue corridor and provide new connections to the SEPTA train station, while enhancing the aesthetic and quality of life for Mt. Airy residents.

Pedestrian-Transit Corridor Crime Prevention Project - $75,000
The City Planning Commission will review crime data and analyze existing crime prevention at a select number of transit hubs and commercial corridors within the City. Various types of crime prevention models will then be developed.

ADDITIONAL FUNDING THROUGH WILLIAM PENN FOUNDATION
Township of Cheltenham - SEPTA Train Station Rehabilitation and Transit-Oriented Development - $60,000
This project is a multi-municipal effort by the Township of Cheltenham and the City of Philadelphia to look at redevelopment opportunities along the Route 309, Cheltenham and Ogontz Avenues, and Upsal Street intersection. DVRPC, the William Penn Foundation, the City of Philadelphia, and the Township of Cheltenham have identified this area as a key regional center through the Crossing Boundaries Initiative. The Crossing Boundaries Initiative examines where collaboration opportunities may exist between Cities and their adjacent suburban communities.
