Costs and Financial Assistance

All Planning Services are subsidized in part by DVRPC's Open Space & Greenways Program (link), to reduce expenses to municipalities.

DVRPC will assist a municipality to identify and apply for funding to underwrite much of the cost of Open Space and Natural Resource Planning Services

The municipal contribution to the total cost of Open Space & Recreation Planning can be covered by a municipality's Open Space Trust Fund or, often, by its Open Space & Recreation "fee-in-lieu" program.
