The publication of this newsletter is financed through grants from the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), the Federal Transit Administration (FTA), the Pennsylvania and New Jersey departments of transportation, and DVRPC's member governments.

Starting fiscal year 2011, DVRPC has moved away from a printed newsletter to an electronic product that is more cost effective while providing information in a more timely fashion. Distribution is via email to over 5,000 recipients in our contacts database.
