Outlook Signature
With the move everyone should change their Signature in Outlook. Within Outlook, a default signature can be created that is applied to all messages that you compose.
1. To create the Outlook Signature, select Options from the Tools menu.
2. The Options window is displayed. Click on the Mail Format tab.
3. Click on Signature Picker to create a new signature. The signature picker will be displayed.
4. Click on New.
5. Enter a name for your signature, click Next. The Edit Signature box will be displayed.
6. At this point, type in the text of your signature. Signatures commonly include name, title, department, phone number, address (both e-mail and post), and web page addresses.
7. When you finish composing your signature. Click Finish, and then OK twice.
