As the U.S. Supreme Court's term comes to an end, find out how the nine justices and their federal and state counterparts shaped planning over the last year. Learn about the legal precedents set in the last year by Congress, state legislatures, and ballot box initiatives. Hear from legal experts how to deal with organized challenges to long-standing planning tools. A program the planning director, planning commission, and staff cannot afford to miss.

The audio seminar will be held in Room PDR-3B on the 3rd floor of the American College of Physicians (ACP) building. Please note that, although DVRPC's office is on the 8th floor of the ACP building, this event will take place on the 3rd floor.

AICP Certification Maintenance Credit
The American Planning Association (APA) recently passed a Certification Maintenance (CM) program to guide continuing education for those that have received American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) certification. DVRPC is now a registered CM provider. This program has been approved by APA for 1.5 CM credits. Please be advised that, to earn credit for this activity, you will need to stay for the scheduled event duration and sign in with your APA member ID number. Please bring your APA member ID number with you on the day of the event. You are responsible for tracking your credits using the APA's online CM log.
