Announcement
The Impacts of Gaming in Greater Philadelphia study examines all of the proposed casino plans in the region and focuses on
the individual and collective land use, transportation and signage impacts.
While the study does not recommend any one site over another, the report concludes that each of the four new casinos
will increase local traffic, generate additional new adjoining development, and have a strong visual impact with new signs and advertising.
