Request for Proposals & Qualifications (RFPs / RFQ / REIs) - DVRPC
The Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission (DVRPC) is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to assist and advise staff in upgrading the commission's travel demand models. DVRPC would like to take advantage of improvements in commercial software packages that have occurred over the last 15 years. DVRPC would also like to improve its travel demand models in order to assist in the planning and implementing of smart transportation solutions, the analysis of transportation related climate change impacts, and the analysis of transportation responses to energy market changes. Independence Mall West Philadelphia, PA 19106 The RFP is available in the following formats: Question: RFP Section III states that proposals are limited to 35 pages (including cover letter). RFP Section IV references page limits for sections 1-7 which totals 28 (assuming that the Certificate of Eligibility is 1 page). Is the Cost part of the 35-page limit? Do covers and dividers count as part of the page limit? Question: RFP Section IV outlines the requirements for proposal sections 1-8, but is missing 4. What is to be included in Section 4? Question: RFP Section IV states that the Study Team (section 5) is to include resumes for key staff, but is limited to 6 pages. Can resumes be provided in an attachment, not to be included in the 6 page limit? Question: RFP page 21 refers to Exhibit A DVRPC Cost Proposal (Object Budget). The referenced web site link does not appear to contain this form. Is the Contract Pricing Proposal (Microsoft Excel) under Sample Forms to be used? Question: Is the model documentation report entitled "2000 and 2005 Validation of the DVRPC Regional Simulation Models" available in electronic form?
