Transit, Bicycle and Pedestrian Planning Intern
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Intern participates in transportation planning surveys, studies and programs
within the Office of Transit, Bicycle and Pedestrian Planning. Close supervision
is provided by a supervisor who assigns tasks, gives preliminary instructions,
reviews work in process and upon completion for quality and adherence to established
standards.

AVAILABILITY:
This position requires a minimum commitment of 10-20 hours per week (2-3 days/week).
Up to 37.5 hours per week during the summer semester.
SALARY:
Paid position at hourly rates. Students with PHEAA Work Study grants preferred.
MINIMUM EDUCATION & TRAINING:
Must be in an approved internship program as part of a college or university,
or have a baccalaureate degree in any related discipline, plus substantial experience,
interest or involvement in transit, bicycle and pedestrian transportation issues.
