Smart Growth Intern
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Assist with research and writing of policy reports and plans for the Philadelphia
Metropolitan region. Issues to be addressed may include inter-municipal planning,
land use and corridor planning, housing, transit-oriented development, growth
management, and revitalization of older communities, among others. Intern may
be responsible for policy research, quantitative analysis or GIS production,
depending on interests and ability.

AVAILABILITY:
This position requires a minimum commitment of 8-15 hours per week (1-2 days/week).
SALARY:
Students with PHEAA Work Study preferred. Unpaid internship.
MINIMUM EDUCATION & TRAINING:
Must have completed at least THREE YEARS of a college/university program or
be enrolled in a master’s program (preferred), or an equivalent combination
of experience and training.
