In support of the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission's (DVRPC) principles, values, vision, and mission, it is the Human Resources Mission to support the total operation in meeting our goals through our most valuable resources - Our People.

The mission of the office of Human Resources is to support the goals and challenges of DVRPC by providing services which promote a work environment that is characterized by fair and equitable treatment of staff, open communications, teamwork, personal accountability, trust and mutual respect.

We will proactively provide an atmosphere that maintains a balance between professional challenges and the ability to have fun!

It is the responsibility of the offices of Human Resources to ensure a diverse workforce in a safe and discrimination/harassment free environment by: maintaining compliance with employment laws and government regulations; providing management and employee training; and developing policies and procedures.

We encourage anyone who is interested in applying with the Commission, even if there are no vacancies available, to forward a resume. All resumes are kept on file for one year. When we have a job opening we will check all of the files for compatible resumes.
