Land Use & Development (LUD)

The Land Use and Development Committee was established in 1999 to assess and influence the shifting patterns of land use and development that changes the natural environment and creates the demand for transportation services and facilities in the Delaware Valley.

The Committee met from January 2000 until April 2005. This committee has since been merged with the Regional Housing Committee to form the Land Use and Housing Committee. Please visit the Land Use and Housing Committe page for more information.
