Frank Dorwart, a regional representative of the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA), will discuss current PHFA activities and initiatives.
2. Current New Jersey Housing Activities
Joyce Paul, Executive Assistant to the Assistant Commissioner, New Jersey Department of Community Affairs, will discuss current New Jersey housing activities.
3. Development Impact Fees and Affordable Housing: A New Jersey Perspective
Mary Beth Lonergan, a planner with the New Jersey Council on Affordable Housing, will speak about New Jersey's experiences with housing impact fees, including their potential benefits and problems associated with them.
4. Information Item: Status of Pending Housing Legislation
Mary Bell, Senior Regional Planner with the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission, will briefly summarize pending and recently approved housing legislation.
5. Updates from Committee Members
Regional Housing Committee members will be invited to update the group on ongoing activities and initiatives, upcoming meetings or completed publications or studies.
