THE TRANSPORTATION SUBCOMMITTEE will meet at 12 Noon on Thursday, October 14, 2004 in the DVRPC Conference Center. The TIP Actions listed on the enclosed agenda will be reviewed, as well as the subcommittee comments on agency responses to the FY 2005 TIP. (A copy of this TIP Rebuttal will be available at the meeting.)

THE ENVIRONMENTAL/LEGISLATIVE SUBCOMMITTEE will meet at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, October 19, 2004 prior to the RCC meeting to review PennVest applications.

THE 25 YEAR TASK FORCE and THE RULES SUBCOMMITTEE will not meet this month.
