The schedule for subcommittee meetings is as follows:

THE TRANSPORTATION SUBCOMMITTEE will meet at 12:00 p.m. on THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 12, 2004 in the Philadelphia Room at DVRPC. The subcommittee will discuss TIP Actions as well as potential RCC speakers and invitees for future meetings. In addition, Ted Dahlburg, DVRPC Manager, Office of Freight Planning, will provide an update of the Mid-Atlantic Rail Operations Study.

THE 25 YEAR TASK FORCE will meet at 11:00 a.m. on TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 17, 2004 in the DVRPC Conference Center prior to the RCC meeting.

THE ENVIRONMENTAL/LEGISLATIVE SUBCOMMITTEE and THE RULES SUBCOMMITTEE will not meet this month.
