A draft agenda is included in this mailing for your information.

The schedule for subcommittee meetings is as follows:

THE TRANSPORTATION SUBCOMMITTEE will meet at 12:00 p.m. on THURSDAY, JANUARY 8, 2004 in the Philadelphia Room at DVRPC. The subcommittee will discuss TIP Actions as well as prioritizing Transportation Enhancement (TE) projects.

THE RULES COMMITTEE will meet at 11:00 a.m. on TUESDAY, JANUARY 13, 2004 in the DVRPC Conference Center prior to the RCC meeting.

THE 25-YEAR TASK FORCE will meet at 11:00 a.m. on TUESDAY, JANUARY 13, 2004 in the DVRPC Conference Center prior to the RCC meeting.

THE ENVIRONMENTAL/LEGISLATIVE SUBCOMMITTEE will not meet this month.

An additional mailing with a draft agenda and pertinent materials will be sent to you in early January.

If anyone has items for the January agenda, he or she should contact Candace Snyder at DVRPC (215-238-2875) no later than Friday, January 9, 2004.
