All subcommittees should elect a new chairman at their meetings this month.
The schedule for subcommittee meetings is as follows:

THE TRANSPORTATION SUBCOMMITTEE will meet at 12:00 p.m. on THURSDAY,
JANUARY 9, 2003 in the Philadelphia Room at DVRPC. The subcommittee will discuss TIP Actions as well as meeting with DVRPC staff regarding the Reauthorization of the Airport Improvement Program and the proposed Rail Restoration Study project.

THE LEGISLATIVE/ENVIRONMENTAL SUBCOMMITTEE will meet at 11:00 a.m. on TUESDAY, JANUARY 14, 2003 in the DVRPC Conference Center prior to the RCC meeting.

THE YEAR 2025 TASK FORCE will meet at 11:00 a.m on TUESDAY, JANUARY 14, 2003 in the DVRPC Conference Center prior to the RCC meeting. Discussion will include the issue of parking facilities in Center City. (An Inquirer Op Ed article by Vukan Vuchic will be provided as a focus for this discussion.)

THE RULES SUBCOMMITTEE will not meet.
