NOTICE OF MEETING

The schedule for subcommittee meetings is as follows:

THE TRANSPORTATION SUBCOMMITTEE will meet at 12:00 p.m. on THURSDAY, MARCH 14, 2002 in the Philadelphia Room at DVRPC.

A special meeting on the SCHUYLKILL VALLEY METRO will be held immediately following the Transportation Subcommittee meeting at 1:00 p.m. on THURSDAY, MARCH 14, 2002. Anyone wishing to attend is welcome.

THE LEGISLATIVE/ENVIRONMENTAL SUBCOMMITTEE will follow up with additional discussions on the Schuylkill Valley Metro at its meeting to be held at 11:00 a.m. on TUESDAY, MARCH 19, 2002 in the DVRPC Conference Center prior to the RCC meeting. DVRPC staff will be present to answer questions. Staff has already submitted testimony on the Metro project; a copy of that testimony is included in this mailing for your information.

THE YEAR 2025 TASK FORCE and THE RULES SUBCOMMITTEE will not meet this month.

If anyone has additional items for the agenda, he or she should contact Candace Snyder at DVRPC (215-238-2875) no later than Friday, March 15, 2002.
