NOTICE OF MEETING

The schedule for subcommittee meetings is as follows:

THE TRANSPORTATION SUBCOMMITTEE will meet at 12:00 p.m. on THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 14, 2002 in the Philadelphia Room at DVRPC. The subcommittee will discuss TIP Actions, the Pennsylvania Transportation Enhancement (TE) Project Selection and Recommendation, and an update on the Job Access and Reverse Commute time frame.

THE LEGISLATIVE/ENVIRONMENTAL SUBCOMMITTEE will meet at 11:00 a.m. on TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 19, 2002 in the DVRPC Conference Center prior to the RCC meeting. The subcommittee will examine the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) for the Schuylkill Valley Metro.

THE YEAR 2025 TASK FORCE will not meet this month. However, Ernest Cohen has asked that RCC members submit suggestions to him for a new task force name that more adequately captures their mission to deal with long-range regional issues.

THE RULES SUBCOMMITTEE will not meet.

If anyone has additional items for the agenda, he or she should contact Candace Snyder at DVRPC (215-238-2875) no later than Friday, February 15, 2002. DVRPC's offices will be closed on February 18, 2002 in observance of Presidents' Day.
