NOTICE OF MEETING

The schedule for subcommittee meetings is as follows:
THE TRANSPORTATION SUBCOMMITTEE will meet at 12:00 p.m. on THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 6, 2001 in the Philadelphia Room at DVRPC.
THE LEGISLATIVE/ENVIRONMENTAL SUBCOMMITTEES, RULES SUBCOMMITTEES and the YEAR 2025 TASK FORCE will not meet.
However, each RCC member is encouraged to arrive at 11:15 a.m. to caucus with fellow members from your county to select a representative to the RCC Nominating Committee which will be confirmed and begin meeting in October to select nominees for the position of RCC Chair. An RCC list with members under their county designations is included in this mailing.
If anyone has additional items for the agenda, he or she should contact Candace Snyder at DVRPC (215-238-2875 or e-mail: csnyder@dvrpc.org) prior to Monday, September 10, 2001.
In addition, please be aware that DVRPC issued its annual postcard to each of you asking for your response with any changes and/or updates to your RCC mailing status. However, there was a problem with a number of the postcards at the post office level and they were returned to DVRPC. Another mailing of the postcards will be issued later in September with the regular RCC mailing so if you did not receive one, you will have another opportunity to update your records with the Commission at that time.
