NOTICE OF MEETING
Prior to the next meeting of DVRPC's Regional Citizens Committee (RCC) is a Workshop on Air Quality Conformity. Speakers from the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and DVRPC staff will present an overview of air quality standards as well as providing you with information about pollutants, the link between meeting air quality standards and planning transportation projects, and understanding your role in the process. The day's schedule is as follows:
The RCC meeting will begin with John Coscia, Executive Director, reviewing the role of the RCC and the parameters in which the committee is to operate. The committee will review action items that include TIP Amendment PA0101 (City of Philadelphia) and an Amtrak Request for US Department of Transportation Loan Assistance. In addition, Darlene Messina will present the Job Access Survey. Discussion items will include the FY 2002 DVRPC Work Program and Regional Indicators.
The only subcommittee meeting scheduled is::
