NOTICE OF MEETING
The RCC will review action items that include Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) Modification 0005 (NJDOT); TIP Modification 9946 (City of Philadelphia); TIP Amendment 9947 (PennDOT); New Jersey FY 2001 Study and Development Program; Year 2020 Comprehensive Land Use and Transportation Plan Amendment for the Schuylkill Valley Metro (action is to open the public comment period); and FY 2001 Work Program Amendment for Regional Integrated Multi-Modal Information Sharing (PRIMIS). A staff presentation will be made on the Year 2025 Update to the Regional Aviation Systems Plan (RASP)
The schedule for subcommittee meetings is as follows:
THE TRANSPORTATION SUBCOMMITTEE will meet at 12 Noon on THURSDAY, JULY 13, 2000 in the Philadelphia Room. The subcommittee will review the TIP items listed above as well as a resolution from the Coalition Against Bigger Trucks (CABT) which will be presented by Peter Darcy, CABT's Field Organizer.
THE LEGISLATIVE/ENVIRONMENTAL SUBCOMMITTEE will meet on TUESDAY, JULY 18, 2000 in the DVRPC Conference Center prior to the RCC meeting. The subcommittee will review and prepare comments in response to proposed National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) regulations.
THE YEAR 2025 TASK FORCE will meet at 11 a.m. on TUESDAY, JULY 18, 2000 in the DVRPC Conference Center prior to the RCC meeting.
THE RULES SUBCOMMITTEE will NOT meet this month.
