NOTICE OF MEETING
Action items at this time include TIP Amendment 9921 (Bicycle Mobility Improvements in Montgomery County);PennVest Application (Middletown Township); New Jersey Memorandum of Understanding; DVRPC's Participation in an Amicus Brief regarding Wings Airport Public Funding; and Adoption of Subcommittee Recommendations for the Draft DVRPC FY 2001 Planning Work Program. To round out the agenda, we have invited a representative of the Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation (PIDC) to make a presentation on the Sports Stadium issue. DVRPC staff will provide information regarding a new report entitled Getting Older and Getting Around: Aging and Mobility in the Delaware Valley; the Transportation Enhancement (TE) Project Selection Process; and the FY 2001 Planning Work Program. Finally, appointment of a Nominating Committee for the election of the RCC Chair for Calendar Year 2000 will take place.

THE LEGISLATIVE/ENVIRONMENTAL SUBCOMMITTEE will meet at 11:00 a.m. on TUESDAY, OCTOBER 12, 1999 in the PA/NJ Conference Room prior to the RCC meeting.
THE RULES SUBCOMMITTEE will not meet this month.
