NOTICE OF MEETING
The only action items at this time include TIP Amendment 9920 (PennDOT's request to add recreational trails to the TIP), and DVRPC's Self-Certification of the Transportation Planning Process. To round out the agenda, we have invited Joe Duckworth, President of Arcadia Land Company in Wayne, PA s a counterpoint to last month's discussion regarding proposed legislation on land use issues. As an experienced builder and developer, he is quick to point out that he has left such traditional builders as Toll Brothers and Realen Homes to start his own environmentally sensitive real estate company. In addition, we will have a presentation from "Stop Giveaways to Sports Owners, Inc. DVRPC staff will provide information regarding the FY 2001 Planning Work Program; the Congestion Mitigation/Air Quality (CMAQ) Competition Process in the Pennsylvania Subregion; and the Transportation Enhancement (TE) Project Selection Process.
