1. Welcome and Introductions - Barry Seymour, DVRPC Assistant Executive Director

2. Tidal Schuylkill River Master Plan - Louise Turan, Executive Director, Schuylkill River Development Council
The Schuylkill River Development Council has recently completed a vision plan for the Tidal Schuylkill River, entitled Rediscovering Philadelphia's Hidden River. The plan is intended to build on successful work to date and chart a collective vision for the river from the Art Museum to its mouth at the Delaware River.

3. Central Delaware River Plan - Scott Page, Wallace Roberts & Todd, LLC
The Citizens Alliance for Better Neighborhoods, a coalition of neighborhood organizations along the Central Delaware River waterfront in Philadelphia, has recently retained the firm of Wallace Roberts & Todd, LLC, to prepare a vision plan for the Central Delaware River waterfront. The intent of this plan is to provide a larger context and a vision for future development along the river, including but not limited to potential development at the Penn's Landing site.

4. Transportation and Community Development Initiative (TCDI) - Barry Seymour, DVRPC
The TCDI program was initiated by the DVRPC Board in 2002 to provide direct grant assistance to selected cities, boroughs and first generation suburban municipalities to fund early stage planning activities that support revitalization and improved transportation conditions. Staff will present the results of an assessment of the first year of the program and discuss options for continuing the program into the future.
