Stephen P. Rush and Jeff DeVouno, Brandywine Realty Trust
Brandywine Realty Investment Trust has an extensive portfolio of existing and potential real estate investments throughout the Delaware Valley, including a recent proposal for a new office tower adjacent to 30th Street Station. Representatives from Brandywine will present their perspective on the regional real estate market and development issues.
- FY2003 DVRPC Initiatives

Input and guidance is sought from the Land Use and Development Committee on two new projects at DVRPC: 1) An inventory of transit-oriented development (TOD) opportunity sites throughout the region; and 2) An analysis of the impacts of property tax considerations in land use decisions at the municipal level (The "Ratables Chase").
- DVRPC FY2004 Work Program

Each year DVRPC develops a Work Program of projects and initiatives to be undertaken. We are currently developing project ideas for FY2004, to begin July 1, 2003. The Land Use and Development Committee can suggest and recommend project priorities for the DVRPC Board.
