  1. Welcome and Introductions

  2. DVRPC Fiscal Year 2003 Work Program
    John Griffies, DVRPC Work Program Coordinator
    Each year DVRPC develops a Work Program of projects and initiatives to be undertaken. We are currently developing project ideas for FY2003, to begin July 1, 2002. The Committee will review and recommend priority projects for the DVRPC Board.

  3. Horizons - The Year 2025 Plan for the Delaware Valley
    Candy Snyder, DVRPC Director of Communications and Public Affairs
    Staff will present the status of the regional plan and discuss plans for public outreach and involvement regarding development of implementation strategies.

  4. Regional Economic Neighborhood Enhancement Waypoints (RENEW)
    Barry Seymour, DVRPC
    One strategy emerging at DVRPC to implement the goals of the regional plan is a program to provide funding for municipalities to undertake local plans, studies or analyses to support local redevelopment and revitalization efforts. A draft of this proposed approach will be presented for discussion.

  5. Inner Ring Suburbs Initiatives
    Mary Bell, Senior Regional Planner, DVRPC
    Since publication of The Future of First Generation Suburbs in the Delaware Valley Region, DVRPC has undertaken several initiatives working with groups of municipalities. In the current Fiscal Year, we will be starting a broader regional outreach effort.
