  2. Infill in the Inner Ring
    Michael Merkle, Principal, MCW Enterprises, LLC

    Redevelopment and infill in the older suburbs and boroughs of the region is essential to maintain the viability and desirability of these communities. Michael Merkle, developer of the Bishop's View project in Cherry Hill, will present his experiences with this and other infill projects in the region.

  3. Horizons - Year 2025 Plan. Report #3: The Regional Land Use Plan
    Richard Bickel, DVRPC Associate Director for Regional Planning

    DVRPC is now completing the third report of five for its long-range regional plan. This report presents a vision, goals and policies for a regional land use plan, together with examples of the planning concepts and approaches needed to achieve the plan. A draft of the text of that plan, together with a list of questions for discussion, is attached for review prior to the meeting.

  4. Developing an Image for the Region
    In reviewing the draft Regional Land Use Plan, the DVRPC Board Policy Analysis Committee challenged staff to develop an identifying phrase that could be used with the plan and other materials that captures the identify and character of the region. The attached list offers some ideas for consideration, but more are welcome.
