The Cross County Transportation Management Association (CCTMA) has requested that the Burlington County Shuttle be carried over to the FY 2004 DVRPC Planning Work Program. This project is intended to promote the Burlington to Trenton rail line, which will not open until the fall.
DVRPC is required by law to adopt a policy for the release of Public Records. A draft copy of DVRPC's Disclosure of Public Records Policy was distributed to the Board at its April 24, 2003 meeting for their review. Revisions have been made to the document and action is now needed to adopt this policy and to authorize DVRPC to open a public comment period to include this document in DVRPC's Public Participation Plan: A Strategy for Citizen Involvement which was adopted by the Board at its September 20, 2001 meeting.

Final Report
John Beckman, PP, AICP, Wallace Roberts & Todd, LLC, will summarize the station area planning and implementation activities, working with local Community Task Forces, for five station areas along the proposed Schuylkill Valley Metro Rail corridor between Philadelphia and Reading.
Marlin Peterson of DMJM & Harris will present the results of a feasibility assessment for establishing a Port Inland Distribution Network feeder port facility in South jersey. this work has been performed with the participation of DVRPC, the Delaware River Port Authority, the South Jersey Port Corporation, and other planning partners.
Arthur Eisdorfer, Manager of Civil Engineering, will discuss the magnitude of pavement needs in New Jersey as identified by the Pavement Management System.
