2. Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) Actions

a. Action PA 0151 - I-95 Corridor Coalition Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) - PennDOT

3. Adoption of DVRPC Priority Problem Areas for Inclusion in the New Jersey Study and Development Program

Approval from the Board is being requested to approve the DVRPC "High Priority" list of transportation problem areas in the four county New Jersey portion of the region and which have not yet been addressed in the New Jersey Project Development Process. This list of problem areas along with individual problem statements forms will be sent to the New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT) for consideration as part of their Study and Development Program.

4. Proposed Change to the New Jersey Highway Functional Classification System - Burlington County, New Jersey

The Burlington County Planning Commission is requesting a change to the functional classification for Campus Drive from Urban Local to Urban Collector in Burlington Township, Burlington County, New Jersey.

5. DVRPC FY 2002 Planning Work Program Amendment: Transportation and Community Development Initiative (TCDI)

The TCDI would provide funding of up to $100,000 in selected municipalities to undertake planning, analysis or design initiatives for projects which enhance development or redevelopment and improve the efficiency of the regional transportation system. Seventy-eight municipalities and five Philadelphia City Planning Areas would be eligible, on a competitive basis, to receive funding from this program. The applications would be reviewed by a steering committee and selected by the DVRPC Board.

6. DVRPC Draft Fiscal Year 2003 Planning Work Program

The Board Planning Work Program Committee will make its recommendations to the Board to release the Draft DVRPC FY 2003 Planning Work Program for review and comment.
