3. DVRPC FY 2002 Planning Work Program Amendment: Smart Growth Policy for Sewer and Water Infrastructure (Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia Counties)- 10,000 Friends of Pennsylvania

DVRPC will assist 10,000 Friends of Pennsylvania with an analysis providing a regional inventory of current and projected sewer service areas and their current capacities.

4. Proposed Amendment to the Tri-County Water Quality Management Plan

  1. Mansfield Township Board of Education, Mansfield Township, Burlington County
  2. Northern Burlington County Regional School District, Mansfield Township, Burlington County

5. Approval of Board Committee Meeting Schedule for Calendar Year 2002

DISCUSSION ITEMS

6. Regional Citizens Committee (RCC) Report

Patrick Starr, Chairman of the RCC, will report to the Board the activities of the RCC's Meeting of October 16, 2001.

7. Development of the DVRPC FY 2003 Work Program

Highlights of the DVRPC Board FY2003 Work Program Committee Meetings of October 19 and October 25, 2001 will be reported.

PRESENTATIONS

8. Household Travel Survey

Two years ago, DVRPC hired NuStats Research and Consulting of Austin, Texas to conduct a household travel survey for the DVRPC and South Jersey Transportation Planning Organization (SJTPO) areas. Dr. Carlos Arce, NuStats President, will present to the Board the survey results.

9. Call to Action - New Jersey Transit's Strategic Plan

New Jersey Transit will present to the Board their recently released Strategic Plan entitled Call to Action.

Staff will present to the Board the status of the Year 2000 Aerial Imagery and the Region Wide Transportation GIS.
