3. DVRPC Public Participation Plan

The 45-day public comment period has been completed for the DVRPC Public Participation Plan and the appropriated recommended changes have been reviewed and incorporated into the document. It is now being requested that the Board adopt this Public Participation Plan as the strategy for citizen involvement.

8. Transportation Enhancement (TE) Project Status Report

The next round of Transportation Enhancement Project selection has started in Pennsylvania. Staff will present information on the applicant workshops, selection schedule, and funding.
