3. Release of the Draft Year 2025 Regional Transportation and Land Use Plan for Public Review and Comment

An update of the Long Range Transportation and Land Use Plan will be presented. Staff will report the recommendations from the Board Policy Analysis Committee meeting of January 7 and request Board action to release the Plan for public review and comment

4. Job Access and Reverse Commute Competitive Grant Program - Regional Plan Consistency and Applicant Selection

Recommended qualified applicants and consistency of the proposed projects with the Regional Plan will be presented to the Board.

5. Fiscal Year 2001 Planning Work Program Amendment: Telework Pilot Program for Emissions Trading

Board approval is being requested to amend the FY 2001 Planning Work Program for DVRPC to work with the National Environmental Policy Institute to establish a pilot program for telecommuting in which credits will be accumulated for use or for sale in meeting other air quality obligations.

6. Pennsylvania Infrastructure Investment Authority (PENNVEST) Funding Requests in Bucks, Chester, Delaware and Montgomery Counties

PENNVEST has forwarded nine applications to DVRPC for review for consistency with the regional plan.
