4. Regional Citizens Committee (RCC) Report

Sue McNamara, Chairman of the RCC, will report to the Board the activities of the RCC's meeting of February 14, 2000.

5. PennPlan Moves! Pennsylvania Statewide Long Range Transportation Plan - 2000-2025

Larry M. King, Thomas Kotay, and James Smedley, PennDOT, will present the Pennsylvania Statewide Long Range Transportation Plan, PennPlan. PennPlan is the blueprint for all modes of transportation - highways, transit, passenger rail, freight rail, air and water facilities, and bicycle and pedestrian paths - and how these modes will interact and interconnect to form a system.

6. Institutional Coordination of ITS in the Delaware Valley

Staff has been working with PennDOT to improve institutional coordination and overall deployment of ITS in the region. Staff will present an overview and update of the study along with a summary of the regional coordination scenarios that are being evaluated.
