2. Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) Actions
a. TIP Action PA05-40: Bus Stop Enhancement Project, Philadelphia ($750,000)
b. TIP Action PA05-41a: US 202 Five Points Intersection, Montgomery County ($5.4 million)c. TIP Action PA05-41b: Norristown Signal System, Montgomery County ($1.8 million)
d. TIP Action PA05-42: Transportation Enhancements (TE), Various Counties ($1.025 million)
e. TIP Action PA05-43: Federal Transit Authority (FTA) Section 5310 Program Capital Assistance, PENNDOT and Various Counties ($1.174 million)
3. DVRPC Fiscal Year 2006 Planning Work Program Amendment: NJDOT Airport Master Plan Studies for South Jersey Regional Airport, Burlington County and Cross Keys Airport, Gloucester County
DVRPC staff has been requested to complete two preliminary planning studies. Staff will assess the regional system role of the South Jersey Regional Airport and will update the Airport Layout Plan (ALP) for the Cross Keys Airport.
4. Recommended Priority Projects for the New Jersey Transportation Enhancements (TE) Program for FY 2005
Recommendations will be made to the Board concerning priority projects for the New Jersey Statewide TE Project Selection Committee.
5. Pennsylvania Infrastructure Investment Authority (PENNVEST) Funding Request in Montgomery County
PENNVEST has forwarded an application to DVRPC for the Lower Perkiomen Valley Regional Sewer Authority in Montgomery County to expand the capacity of the Oaks Waste Water Treatment Plant.
DISCUSSION ITEMS
6. Status Report on the Discussions between New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT), Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), and the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) on Available Funding for the FY 2006-2008 TIP
Dennis Keck, Assistant Commissioner, NJDOT, will brief the Board members on the latest aspects of these negotiations.
7. Regional Citizens Committee (RCC) Report
The activities of the RCC meeting of July 19, 2005 will be reported to the Board.

8. DVRPC FY 2007 Planning Work Program Development
Highlights of the DVRPC Board FY 2007 Planning Work Program Committee meeting of September 22, 2005 will be reported.
9. New Federal Transportation Act: SAFETEA-LU
