4. Bus Rapid Transit

New Jersey Transit staff and consultants will update the Forum on the following items:
a) Public outreach
b) Purpose and needs statement
c) Initial range of alternatives/alignments
d) Transit modeling approach and deliverables

5. Long Range Planning in the Central Jersey Region

a) Regional Transportation Scenarios
b) Why do the Long Range Plans of the two Metropolitan Planning Organizations (MPOs) matter to Central Jersey and status report on updates
c) Status of NJDOT Transportation Plan

6. Vision for the Forum

Focused discussion of what the Forum wants to achieve in the future, including how to help get improved and more integrated land use and transportation planning that will result in better quality of community life.

7. Dialogue

In an effort to encourage and continue information exchange, Forum attendees are encouraged to highlight any major activity which has occurred since the last meeting.
