| 1. | Introduction of Attendees Forum members will have an opportunity to introduce themselves |
| 2. | Summary of August Meeting Highlights Approval of the highlights of August 1, 2002 meeting |
| 3. | Legislative Committee Report The committee continues its work on the legislative agenda. Since the last Forum meeting the main focus has been on Enhanced Regional Planning and Transfer of Development Rights. |
| 4. | Municipal Outreach Update Members of the staffs of DVRPC, NJDOT, NJ Transit and TMAs have been meeting with municipalities in the study area in an attempt to discuss the Forum's Action Plan and its relationship to municipal visions. The progress of this process will be presented. |
| 5. | Penns Neck Area EIS Update An update on the status of the EIS process and traffic studies/modeling results will be presented. |
| 6. | US 1 Cordon Line Highway Traffic Survey DVRPC conducted cordon line traffic surveys in the summer of 2001 to collect current information on traffic volumes, to determine origin-destination travel patterns, and to assess the types of vehicles crossing the 9-county DVRPC cordon line. The results of the US 1 cordon line survey will be presented. |
| 7. | DRJTBC Southerly Crossings Corridor Study DRJTBC owns and operates four roadway bridges in the corridor which connects Pennsylvania with New Jersey adjacent to the Central Jersey study area. The bridges are operating at or near capacity conditions today. The results of the analysis of various alternatives to alleviate congestion in the Southerly Crossings Corridor in the Year 2025 will be presented. |
| 8. | Dialogue In an effort to encourage and continue information exchange, Forum attendees are encouraged to highlight any major activity which has occurred since the last meeting. |
