| 3. | Presentation on Bus Rapid Transit Bus Rapid Transit Presentation - Michael Baltes and Joel Rey, Senior Research Associates, Center for Urban Transportation Research at the University of Southern Florida and W. Alton Jones Foundation With the outcry for more efficient transit service, the Forum may want to consider Bus Rapid Transit. This form of mass transit is being endorsed by a number of transit agencies throughout the country and abroad due to its potential for efficiency and its flexibility in terms of route assignment. |
