- The Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission (DVRPC) will post
all changes to Requests for Proposals (RFP) and Request for Qualifications
(RFQ) at this site for any RFP's or RFQ's issued by DVRPC. All changes
to contents or due dates will be posted at the same location as the
original RFP or RFQ. Please check the status of each RFP or RFQ up until
the due date to be certain that you have all of the latest information
for projects that you are interested in.
- Please visit the website after the RFQ/RFP due date to view the selection
results for all solicitations. DVRPC sincerely appreciates your interest
in projects sponsored by the Commission and thanks all participants
for their involvement and submittals. Should any participant want to
discuss the selection results please call Mr. John Griffies at DVRPC.

- In accordance with Federal regulations (49 CFR Part 26) DVRPC encourages
consultants that are certified as Disadvantaged Business Enterprises
to submit proposals as the prime consultant in areas where they are
capable. DVRPC also encourages all prospective consultants to use the

DBE firms to utilize as sub-consultants.

Smith-Edwards, Purchasing Agent, Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission,

submitted after this time and date and proposals that are non-responsive
to the requirements of this RFP will not be considered. Envelopes should

Request for Expression of Interest (REI) for DVRPC's Take Me to the River
Grant Program
A new grant program to activate Philadelphia's riverfronts
and transform the city's relationship to the Delaware and Schuylkill
Rivers. Pre-proposal meeting will be held at DVRPC on Monday, May

The purpose of this planning study is to provide Upper Darby Township with
the means of identifying what changes are needed to revitalize and transform
the Aronimink Trolley Station area into a vibrant, thriving and sustainable
community that will attract more businesses, residents and shoppers to
the area
Submission Date:
Proposals must be submitted by no later than 5:00 p.m.
on Monday, June 9, 2008. Proposals submitted after this date and time will
not be considered. The CONTRACTOR shall commence work upon the agreement
date of the contract. The CONTRACTOR shall complete work on the PROJECT
no later than May 31, 2009.

This notice
is to request proposals to provide services for the Wister Station housing
development project. Please find below general facts regarding the project,
scope of work, and requirements for the RFP submission.
To assist in the selection process, OARC reserves the right to request
additional information to supplement the original proposal, and will
