DVRPC is working with member governments, the business community, advocacy groups, and individuals to implement the Connections Plan. Implementing the Plan will benefit the region’s residents and businesses by providing more transportation alternatives, increasing commercial and residential choices, reducing energy use, lowering greenhouse gas emissions, preserving natural resources, and enhancing the region's economic competitiveness and quality of life.
