2011 CMP

The 2011 CMP Overview describes context, background and uses, and specifically how projects interact with the CMP. The 18-page 2011 CMP Overview complements the much longer CMP Report.

The CMP Procedures document provides guidance oriented to project managers at departments of transportation and other agencies. It covers how projects move through the CMP and how to review potential Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) projects for consistency with the CMP.
